BeyondTheBox is a trade name of BestBox Fitness Inc. ("BeyondTheBox", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to provide coaching and run our business:
- Account and contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
- Training information you choose to share, such as your goals, workout logs, and progress.
- Payment information when you buy a membership. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our own systems.
- Usage data such as basic analytics and device information collected when you visit this website.
How we use your information
- To deliver coaching, programming, and support.
- To process payments and manage your membership.
- To contact you about your account, your training, and service updates.
- To improve our programs and this website.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, under agreements that limit their use of it, including:
- Stripe, for payment processing (stripe.com/privacy).
- Email, hosting, and analytics providers used to run our service.

Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are subject to Stripe's own privacy policy and security standards. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the last four digits of your card, but not your full card number.

This website may use cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used and to keep it working. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, financial records we must retain for tax purposes). When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
